How This Works

For you:

You show up for scheduled sessions (starting around once a week). We handle finding participants, managing the waiting lists, and all the logistics. You facilitate. We pay you.

For participants:

They join our platform and get access to regular group sessions with facilitators like you. No more hunting for the right person or wondering if someone is legitimate because we've done that vetting.

Virtual and in-person:

Most sessions start virtual, but we're building for both. Whatever format works best for your particular approach.

As we grow:

You can run as many sessions as you want. Right now we're intentionally small while we build this right, but the vision is facilitators having full calendars of people ready to do the work.
